If you are wishing to change the name of a registered PRE horse in the ANCCE studbook, you will need to complete this form.
Form for the use to request the issue of a Stallion Service Certificate from AusPRE.

You only need to download and complete this form for the request for service page, and AusPRE can process these at your request.
When requesting services with ANCCE for your horse/s you need to also use this form so that your request can be processed.
Ensure you have your horses UELN and full name as registered on the passport.
If your PRE has passed away, please use this form and notify AusPRE within 30 days if possible.
You will be requested to return the PRE horse passport to the PRE office.
Steps for Registering Your PRE horse - After acquiring your first PRE, it is important to complete your registration as an owner with ANCCE. - Should you plan to breed your stock in the future, register as a breeder with ANCCE instead.
